Roof Replacement
A roof replacement in Turkey typically runs $8,500 to $24,000 depending on the size and pitch. We give you an exact number upfront with a written proposal. No surprises on install day.
Roof Repair
Step flashing at chimney walls is the number one leak source we see in Turkey. Improper step flashing causes roof leaks. It's that simple. We install new step flashing with a chimney cricket for proper water diversion, sealed with Geocel tripolymer sealant. Fix it once, fix it right.
Storm Damage Repair
Our storm damage process: free inspection, full photo documentation, direct filing with your insurance carrier, meet the adjuster on-site, and handle the repairs once approved. We don't ask for money upfront on insurance claims.
New Roof Installation
We install new roofs on new construction, room additions, detached garages, and covered patios. Our Turkey crews handle residential and light commercial. Standard install time is 1-3 days depending on size.
Metal Roofing

Shingle Roofing

Flat Roofing
TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation board. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone Turkey areas.
Commercial Roofing
Flat roofs on commercial buildings are a different animal. We install and repair TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up systems. Our Turkey commercial crew handles retail, warehouse, office, and multi-family buildings.
Gutter Installation
Half-round copper gutters with round downspouts. That's the premium install. We solder joints on-site using 50/50 tin-lead solder. Copper develops a natural patina in North Carolina's climate within 5-7 years. For aluminum, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless with Raytec hidden hangers rated to hold 25 lbs per linear foot of ice and debris load.
Roof Inspection
Infrared moisture scanning available for Turkey commercial and flat roof inspections. Thermal imaging locates trapped moisture in the insulation layer without cutting core samples. We use Flir E8 cameras to map wet areas, then core sample only the suspect zones to confirm. Saves time, reduces disruption, and gives you a precise repair scope instead of a guess.
